Developed for the Way Modern Operations Unfold
StarForge was developed in collaboration with Lockheed Martin Canada under an ITB consortium model, to meet one operational concept for Canadian, US and allied defense and security agencies: arrive at a remote outpost or forward operating base where the supply chain no longer reaches, and within hours have command and control, surveillance, deployable power and the ability to manufacture mission-critical parts on site.
Every unit in the ecosystem is self-powered, climate controlled and rated for extreme environments, from -40° to +50° C, in maritime and dusty conditions. The units deploy and transport like standard containers and connect to the tactical network.

ForgeX™
Factory and power unit. Over 25 m² of manufacturing space, a 30 kWh hybrid power system, and configurations for UAS production, repair and maintenance, armory, medical and C2.

C4ISR unit. A deployable ISR tower with 360° AESA radar and an EO/IR gimbal, three workstations, 42U of compute and radio racks, and a 32-round counter-UAS ready magazine.
