Forge Extreme

High Density Factory

StarForge Forge unit with its door open on the factory floor

More Printers, More Power, More Materials

Forge Extreme™ is the high-density member of the Forge family. It carries an 80 kWh hybrid power system, the maximum printer density of any StarForge unit, and a wider range of production options: advanced plastics and composites, metal alloy printing and bench-top CNC machining. It is the unit for sustained production at a forward site, where the volume of parts outgrows a single ForgeX.

Like every Forge unit, it runs the Sentinel Field Manufacturing Console.

Sentinel Field Manufacturing Console

The Sentinel FMC is the secure-network software that runs every Forge unit. It keeps the unit's output accountable in the field:

  • Training, quality and chain of ownership for every part produced
  • Serialization and flight or part qualification
  • Control over quality, process and inventory across the digital stockpile

With the FMC, a forward unit can produce and deploy the UAS platform the tactical environment calls for, and keep the record that proves how it was made.
