ForgeX

Factory & Power Unit

StarForge ForgeX edge manufacturing unit

A Factory That Deploys With the Mission

ForgeX™ is StarForge’s rapidly deployable maintenance and manufacturing system. It arrives as a container, opens into over 25 m² (269 ft²) of climate-controlled manufacturing space, and runs on its own power. Crews print, repair and modify UAS platforms and mission-critical parts on site, with no dependence on a supply line that was never designed to reach the edge of the map.

Every ForgeX ships with the Sentinel Field Manufacturing Console, so quality, process and inventory stay under control wherever the unit is working.

The Sentinel FMC is the secure-network software that runs every Forge unit. It keeps the unit's output accountable in the field:

  • Training, quality and chain of ownership for every part produced
  • Serialization and flight or part qualification
  • Control over quality, process and inventory across the digital stockpile

With the FMC, a forward unit can produce and deploy the UAS platform the tactical environment calls for, and keep the record that proves how it was made.
